Day 1
Sodwana bay to Gugulesizwe lodge
Heading North from Sodwana bay you have 35kms of pristine beach riding. The ride exits at Rocktail Bay and from there it’s 10kms of beach track through indigenous forests ending at Guglesiwe Lodge.
Total distance, 45kms. Expect 3 hours.
Day 2
Gugulesizwe to Kosi Bay lodge
Starting with 30km untouched beach section, exiting at Bhanga Nek. From there one option is to be taken by boat across Kozi bay Lake to the lodge, or to continue the ride around Kosi Lake 4.
The route around is 15kms of tight, twisty, single track paths, through forests and over grassy hills. Expect 5 hours for the onger route.
Day 3
Kosi Bay to Ponta Malangane, Mozambique
The ride takes us via the mouth of the estuary, through the border and ending in Ponte Malangane.
Total distance 40kms. Expect 4 hours.
